With an increasing number of clients signing up for our Professional Business Development (PBD) service, Knowland has added several of our experienced cold-callers to the PBD team. Of course we didn’t just throw them into the ring and expect a knockout. Instead Knowland University created an extensive PBD Boot Camp training for our new sales professionals to learn and implement our four-step business development model.
By promoting within the Event Booking Center, Knowland’s cold callers will be able to add successful sales strategies and techniques to their skill-sets. Existing employees are also given the opportunity to grow at Knowland by participating in our in-depth and topic-focused courses. The valuable experience and advanced training provided by the Knowland Group enables our associates to build the kind of foundations that they will need to develop and grow in their professional careers.
