Client Care Done the Knowland Way: Washington, DC

We want to make sure every new Knowland client has a quick and easy transition. That’s why with every new contract our client care team takes time to answer all questions, clear up any confusion, set up training, and anything else the client needs to get off on the right foot with Knowland products.
Recently Ryan, another awesome member of the Knowland Client Care team, was working with a new client to get them started with Readers. As he was adding users to their account and signing them up for training, he noticed one of the hotels they had requested we read was not the best fit. He found another property that would benefit them much more and offered to switch them out before we their service got started. The Director of Sales was happy with Ryan’s suggestion and agreed the other hotel would work out much better for them. This kind of proactive support is just part of the norm at the Knowland Group.
