The calendar module in Target Net is designed to quickly and easily show you what has been done, what needs to be done, by whom and when. Multiple views including, day, week, month, meeting space, group room pickup, and more are quickly and easily available. Switch between properties to find out what’s scheduled for each of your hotels or drill down and see activity for a particular sales manager, event or meeting space.
Sales managers can quickly see everything that has happened since their last login in the notifications page, then check their to-do lists, follow up on traces, check with catering, update group room pickup, quickly see changes in BEOs and much, much more. The Calendar module is designed to make sure your team can quickly and easily see everything they need to know to do their job, all in one easy to use location.
The leads module - Finding sales leads and working campaigns has never been easier
From a workflow point of view, it all starts with the Leads module. Here is where new groups are assigned to sales managers to proactively target. Made up of numerous tools designed to assign high-probability sales leads to the right sales manager, this is where the Science of the Knowland BDS really comes into play.
Groups are automatically assigned star ratings based on their past meeting activity. Organizations with higher ratings are more likely to be a good fit for your hotel. Campaigns can be automatically configured to auto-assign leads to selected sales manager based on easily defined criteria. Have a group back out of a schedule event at the last minute? Target Net will suggest multiple organizations that may be a good fit to fill your space. Dozens of unique and intuitive techniques for finding and contacting organizations with known group booking needs are baked right into the leads module.

After an account has been assigned to a sales manager, the clients module is used to track communications, schedule site visits, record opportunities and above all else, create and improve your relationships. Designed to increase productivity, ensure opportunities are not overlooked and streamline the business development process, the clients module is simple, easy and intuitive.

The next step happens when a contact has a meeting opportunity. Typically this will occur when a meeting planner has specifications for an event. In the bookings module room block (group room allocation) information, function diagrams, dates, special instructions and preferences are all quickly and easily entered.
Once the details are entered, users can quickly and easily generate dozens of custom documents with a few mouse clicks. Proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, resumes, banquet checks, merge documents, can all be created in seconds. Once generated, the documents can be delivered via email with predetermined email messages and subject lines or customized for the specific client. Tracking of delivery, opening and forwarding of emails is quick and easy – so you know exactly when your proposal was viewed by your prospect! In addition, Target Net comes with powerful internal distribution tools and portals for BEOs, resumes and other important documents.
