For any group you come across in Readers you can choose Book this Group or Schedule a Sales Appointment. If you find a group that is perfect for your property and would like to set up an appointment with their event planner, select Schedule a Sales Appointment. We calculate what it will take for Knowland Associates to set up the appointment and come up with a onetime fee to set it all up for you. All you have to do is show up!
Or if you don’t have the time or manpower, let us do all the work by selecting Book this Group. Our team will then contact the group’s event planner as your property’s representative and convince them why their next event should be held at your hotel. For this service we collect only a small commission minus an initial fee. This commission is 10 percent of consumed room nights for any lead that we generate for you.
As soon as we receive Schedule it and Book it requests our team goes to work tracking down contact information and making the case for your hotel. We don’t stop until we get an answer for you.
